Creating a celebration is easy:

• Step 1: Click "Celebrate a Pet" in the top navigation
• Step 2: Click "Celebrate a Pet" and choose your tile size (Standard, Featured, or Spotlight)
• Step 3: Pick your spot on the mural and place your tile
• Step 4: Fill out the form with your pet's name, story, and photo
• Step 5: Complete payment through our secure checkout

Once approved (usually within 24 hours), your pet will appear on the mural!

Petmoria supports five occasion types to celebrate your pet:

• Just Because: Celebrate your pet any day, no special reason needed
• Birthday: Honor your pet's special day
• Gotcha Day: Celebrate adoption anniversaries
• Special Milestone: Mark achievements like training milestones, recovery, or other moments
• In Loving Memory: A memorial for pets who have passed, designed to honor their memory forever

You can choose the occasion type during the submission process.

Most submissions are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. While pending, your spot is reserved on the mural (shown as a "Reserved" tile) so no one else can claim it.

You'll receive an email notification once your pet goes live!

Yes! Many changes are self-service on your pet's tribute page. Visit your pet's page (e.g. petmoria.com/pet/buddy-a1b2), enter your email to verify ownership, and you can:

• Edit your story: Update the text directly on the tribute page
• Change the template: Switch between Classic, Playful, and Memorial layouts
• Add gallery photos: Upload up to 6 additional photos
• Post updates: Share life updates about your pet

For changes to your pet's name or main photo, contact us at support@petmoria.com within 30 days of purchase.

What cannot be changed: Mural location and tile size (these are permanent).

Forever! Unlike social media posts that fade away, Petmoria is designed to be a permanent digital monument. Your pet's celebration will remain on the mural indefinitely.

We're committed to maintaining the platform for the long term, and we'll never remove paid submissions.

Tile-Based Pricing:

• Standard (1x1): $2 - a single tile on the mural
• Featured (2x2): $5 - a larger tile with more visibility
• Spotlight (3x3): $10 - the biggest tile, maximum presence

There are no premium zones or location-based multipliers. Every spot on the mural is priced the same based on tile size.

Multi-Pet Family Discounts (order multiple pets together):

• 2 pets: 5% off entire order
• 3 pets: 10% off entire order
• 4+ pets: 15% off entire order

Family orders link your pets together on the mural so visitors can see your whole pet family!

We accept all major payment methods through Stripe:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Link (Stripe's one-click checkout)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We offer refunds in the following situations:

• Before approval: Full refund available
• Within 24 hours of going live: Full refund available
• After 24 hours: Refunds are not available

Because mural space is permanently reserved once your celebration goes live, we're unable to offer refunds beyond the 24-hour window. If you're experiencing an issue with your submission, please contact us and we'll do our best to help!

Yes! You can add up to 5 pets in a single order. Here's how:

• Choose a tile size and spot for your first pet, then fill out the form
• Click "Add to Cart" instead of "Checkout Now"
• Return to the mural and choose a tile size and spot for your next pet
• Repeat until you've added all your pets
• Go to Cart and checkout all together

Multi-pet orders get family discounts (5-15% off) and your pets will be linked together on the mural!

The World Map shows where pets on Petmoria come from around the globe. When you submit your pet, you can optionally provide your location.

Click on any pet on the mural to see their location, or browse the World Map to discover pets from different countries.

Privacy: You can opt out of the map during submission if you prefer not to share your location.

Every pet on Petmoria gets a permanent tribute page with a unique URL (like petmoria.com/pet/buddy-a1b2). You can share from the pet modal (click any pet on the mural, gallery, or world map) or from the tribute page itself. Click the Share button to:

• Copy a direct link to their tribute page
• Share on Facebook, Twitter/X, or other social media

The tribute page link is permanent and will always work, even after the mural rotates to a new year.

Possibly! By submitting your pet to Petmoria, you grant us permission to feature them on:

• Our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter)
• Our homepage and promotional materials
• Newsletters and blog posts

We love celebrating pets and may showcase yours to inspire others! We always do so respectfully and in a way that honors your beloved companion.

Note: Your email and personal contact info always remain private - only your pet's name, photo, and story may be shared.

No account required! We keep things simple. Just provide your email during checkout and you're done.

We'll email you confirmation and approval notifications. If you need to make changes later, contact us with the email you used during checkout.

The Petmoria mural is a tile-based grid with room for over 1,200 pets per mural. Tiles come in three sizes: Standard (1x1), Featured (2x2), and Spotlight (3x3).

You can zoom in, pan around, and click on any pet to see their story. On desktop, the mural is displayed in a wide landscape format. On mobile, it flips to a tall vertical layout for easy scrolling.

When a mural fills up, a new one is created automatically. Past murals are preserved in the archive so every pet's spot is permanent.

Petmoria donates 25% of every pet celebration to animal welfare organizations.

Example: A Featured tile ($5) means Petmoria donates $1.25 to animal welfare. A Spotlight tile ($10) means $2.50 donated.

Yes! During checkout, you can select your preferred charity partner. If you choose "Petmoria's Choice", we'll distribute donations across all supported organizations based on current needs.

Transparency is important to us. We maintain internal donation records for every celebration and can provide additional detail on request.
